By creating an account or using Amcovault (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Amcovault is a non-custodial wallet interface. We do not take possession or control of your digital assets, private keys, or funds. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and recovery information. We cannot reverse, recover, or reissue assets sent in error or lost due to compromised credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws applicable to you.
You agree to protect your password, one-time passcodes (OTP), and two-factor authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
Certain features may require identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information and understand that we may limit functionality where verification is incomplete or where required by law.
You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activity, or any purpose prohibited by law. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are involved in unlawful activity.
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose value. You transact at your own risk.
Any applicable network or service fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Blockchain network fees are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amcovault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your own handling of keys, credentials, or transaction details.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
